Lake Forest Charter School Student Journee Patterson and EDT Dance Team Shine on America’s Got Talent

Lake Forest Elementary Charter School’s very own 6th grader Journee Patterson, and her dance team EDT, are taking the national stage on America’s Got Talent (AGT) —and they’ve already wowed the judges with rave reviews! All of the dancers hail from New Orleans, proudly representing our city’s incredible talent.
In their last performance, Journee charmed viewers as she introduced her team before EDT delivered a powerhouse routine packed with sky-high jumps, jaw-dropping flips, and show-stopping death drops. Performing to “Level Up” by Ciara and “APT” by Rose and Bruno Mars, the group earned four enthusiastic “YESSES" from the judges—leaving both the dancers and audience in tears of joy.
