Young Audiences Charter School Hosts 500 Turkey Giveaway on November 23
Young Audiences Charter School (YACS) is excited to announce its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway for the community, which will take place on Saturday, November 23, from Noon to 3 p.m. at YACS's Westbank Campus, located at 1000 Burmaster St. in Gretna. The event aims to support local families by distributing 500 free turkeys in a drive-thru setup at the school.

Attendees can also enjoy complimentary water and music by DJ Hitem Hard as they wait in line. Turkeys will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and all community members are welcome to join.

The giveaway is in partnership with Walmart, Hope (Helping People Endure), Empower You NOLA, Loaded Records, Take a Bite Out of Crime, Mopar Ridaz, and We All We Got.
