The International High School of New Orleans (IHSNO) Class of 2024
The International High School of New Orleans (IHSNO) held its Graduation Ceremony for the seniors in the class of 2024 on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre for the Performing Arts. 66 students graduated with 25 students eligible to receive the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or certificate. The ceremony featured an inspiring keynote address from Comedienne Saya Meads, a nationally recognized comedienne and IHSNO alumna from the class of 2015. The festivities concluded with a graduate second-line out of the auditorium, led by the lively Young PinStripe Brass Band.
Dr. Adierah Berger, Head of School, praised the graduates for their remarkable achievements, highlighting a 100% rate of college acceptance, military enlistment, and career pathway placements. "We are so proud of our brilliant and talented seniors of the Class of 2024,” said Berger. “We are excited to see the amazing things that their future will bring. Their many accomplishments at IHSNO with our focus on a global education and cultural awareness will take them far here and anywhere they choose to go.”
