[CharterSchools] NOMMA Drill Competiton

 New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy Cadets hosted their annual Drill Competition held recently at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Belle Chasse.  Five schools from Louisiana and Texas competed for top honors across Armed and Unarmed Regulation as well as Exhibition Drill to Color Guard and Personnel Inspection. NOMMA is an open admissions public charter school located in Federal City serving grades 8-12; all students are JROTC Cadets. The school is open to students from all metro New Orleans parishes, with an entrance preference given to active military dependents.
