[CharterSchools] City Council welcomes NOMMA Band

At the invitation of Councilmember Freddie King, the cadets who make up the New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy Band led the Pledge of Allegiance and played the Star Spangled Banner at the start of the Nov. 17 Council Meeting. Said the Councilmember's Office: We thank you for a job well done. The Cadets represented New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy exceptionally well. We appreciate you leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance and instrumentally playing the National Anthem with such enthusiasm. Your Leadership is to be commended and acknowledged.
