   - Dr. Michelle Douglas, President (CEO, Hynes Charter Schools)
   - Dr. Patty Glaser, Vice President (Head of School, Discovery Schools);
   - Mr. Sean Wilson, Treasurer (Head of School, International High School of New Orleans); and    

   - Mr. Michael McKenzie, Secretary (CEO, Einstein Charter Schools).
 The Collaborative is a non-profit, formal alliance of 13 public charter schools in the greater New Orleans area, organized to support charter leaders in their work, promote educational excellence, build capacity within charters for operations and services, share best practices among peer groups, and advocate for charter sustainability. The organization’s Executive Director is Dr. Ken Ducote.  “For nearly 15 years, these member schools have met regularly to promote cutting edge programs, support progressive school policies, support single-operator community-based charters, and respond directly to the needs of our members,” said President Douglas. “We demonstrate that every child can learn when offered a quality environment to learn.” GNOCCS Member Schools are Audubon Charter Schools, Benjamin Franklin Elementary School, Benjamin Franklin High School, Discovery Schools, Einstein Charter Schools, Hynes Charter Schools,  International High School of New Orleans, International School of Louisiana, Lusher Charter School, Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School, Morris Jeff Community School, New Orleans Charter Science and Math High School "Sci High" and Young Audiences Charter School. ####
The Greater New Orleans Collaborative of Charter Schools (GNOCCS) is a network of community-based public charter schools dedicated to rebuilding and reinvigorating the metropolitan area through quality education and parental choice.  GNOCCS advocates for the authority, accountability, and resources necessary to meet the needs of children and their schools, and the Collaborative strives to build the capacity of charter schools to more effectively and efficiently serve their students.  GNOCCS works not only to strengthen its member schools but also to network with other affiliated Louisiana charter organizations in capacity building and teacher recruitment.
