This is an Open Letter to High School Leaders from Operation Spark:  Operation Spark is a non-profit coding bootcamp that provides Louisiana high school students with professional-level training in software development. They currently work with 35 high schools in 15 parishes across the state.  Each year, over 600 students participate in our foundational computer science programs.    Since 2016, Operation Spark has trained over 2,000 high school students through its programs.  Additionally, more than 60 high school teachers have taken their summer Educators' Academy which prepares classroom teachers to work along with Operation Spark's Instructor Engineers to offer programs that fit all seven JumpStart pathways and prepare college-focused teens for tech majors.    The training offered by Operation Spark is completely virtual. The teacher has the option of partnering with the program’s instructors to train the students or Operation Spark will do it all through 90 or 50-minute classes.   Operation Spark’s High School Programs Director Mayukh Raychaudhuri and Director of Program Investments Pam Stewart would like to discuss the program with your school via zoom or other online format, and direct you to other high school leaders who can explain their experience with the program.   The links provided herein go to Operation Spark's High School to High Wage Playbook that gives detailed information on our various programs. Could we follow up with you or would you direct us to the right person to schedule a brief meeting to assess your interest and needs?    We look forward to hearing from and working with you. See our contact information below and explore our program at https://www.operationspark.org/high-school

Sincerely,
Mayukh Raychaudhuri                Pam Stewartmayukh at operationspark.org        pam at operationspark.org (985) 803-8895                              (504) 717-1200
