Subject: Announcement: Dr. Armand Devezin passes

It is with deep sadness that I share the news of the passing this morning of Dr. Armand Devezin, one of our long-time OPSB colleagues and most recently GNOCCS colleague working with Bethune Elementary. 

I knew Armand from his days at Live Oak Middle School, Dillard University, OPSB Central Office (Title I, Chief of Staff, Human Resources), and Bethune. It was always enjoyable and productive to work with him because he valued service much higher than bureaucracy. He will be missed.
