Constitution Day is September 17
Celebrate Constitution Day with Statistics in Schools!  

On September 17, the Census Bureau will be in Philadelphia, PA to commemorate this day by holding a news conference about the 2020 Census at Independence Visitor Center. The event will include a historical exhibit at the National Constitution Center titled, “Shape Your Future: A Census Experience.” The Statistics in Schools (SIS) program will be highlighting our new 2020 Census educational resources at the event.

In addition, we are excited to share how one state – Kentucky – is encouraging the use of SIS materials.  Kentucky Youth Advocates is holding a Statistics in Schools Sweepstakes to encourage Kentucky teachers to use SIS materials during Constitution Week.
