LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER FOR SMC NETWORKING NIGHT 2017
You are cordially invited to participate in the

School of Mass Communication Networking Night 2017
Thursday, November 9th
5:30-7:30pm
Studio A, Music/Communications Complex, Loyola University New Orleans
 
Finding the right intern or full or part-time hire can be challenging! Come to the SMC Networking Night to meet intelligent and motivated students from the School of Mass Communication and the broader Loyola community eager to intern or work for your organization! 
 
Who should attend?
Advertising agencies, public relations firms, media outlets, communication departments, and non-profit organizations interested in recruiting Loyola University New Orleans interns or full/part-time hires within the field of mass communication.
 
What is the registration timeline?
Standard Registration: October 7th – October 30th
Late Registration: October 27th-November 2nd 
*Space is limited and will be filled on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. We anticipate we will reach full capacity before registration closes. 


What is the cost?
Standard Registration: $50
Late Registration: $60
 
What is included in registration fee?
The registration fee includes:
One 6' table
Access to an employer break room with snacks and drinks
 
How do I register?
1.        Go to https://www.myinterfase.com/loyola/employer/ .
2.        Log into your EMPLOYOLA account (If you don't have an account please click here to register).
o    Update the information within the tabs located in the center of the page
o    Fill out all required fields marked with a red asterisk
o    Click save at the top or bottom of the page to save the changes
o    Click on submit
3.        Click on Career Fairs and Events on the top bar.
4.        Click on the Search button in the middle of the page and search for SMC Networking Night
5.        Select SMC Networking Night
6.        Click on Register Now
 
Upon receipt of your registration, confirmation will be sent to you electronically including details to make your attendance and visit to New Orleans a success. A registration package with detailed logistics will also be sent to all registrants as we get closer to the date.
