NATIONAL BASKETBALL RETIRED PLAYERS ASSOCIATION VISITINGLAKE FOREST CHARTER SCHOOL DURING NBA ALL-STAR WEEKEND
 
WHO: 
The National Basketball RetiredPlayers Association (NBRPA), the official Association comprised of NBA, ABA,WNBA and Harlem Globetrotters alumni, will visit Lake Forest Charter Schoolduring NBA All-Star Weekend with former New Orleans Hornets coach KennyGattison and former Tulane and WNBA great Barbara Farristo host a special Q&A session with students. Former New Orleans CityCouncil President and current NBRPA President & CEO Arnie Fielkow will alsobe on hand to speak with the students.

As part of the NBRPA’s 25th anniversary atthe 2017 NBA All-Star weekend celebration in New Orleans, LA, February 17-19,the organization will host and participate in a variety of events and communitygoodwill outreach initiatives.
 
NBRPA leaders and members will speak to LakeForest students with the goal of introducing participating youth to positiverole models in both basketball and life.
