MORRIS JEFF CHARTER, originally slated to re-open for the 2017-2018 school year on Monday, August 7 WILL REMAIN CLOSED, announced Principal Patricia Perkins, due to flooding from weekend storms.




In a statement, Principal Perkins said, "Due to water that remains inside the basement levels of the school and to ensure that students, parents, and staff who were affected by the weekend's flash flooding have the opportunity to make appropriate accommodations, school is canceled tomorrow, Monday, August 7. School will begin Tuesday, August 8 at 8 a.m. unless otherwise instructed."
