GiveNOLA Day to help you support the Eastbank Collaborative of Charter Schools

As a supporter and friend of the Eastbank Collaborative of Schools, we want to thank you for helping our students and schools achieve and maintain high quality standards. It is through individuals like you, who support and assist our schools, that our charter schools remain strong. You will have an opportunity to continue to help us on Give NOLA Day, Tuesday, May 5th. During the past year, thanks to your support and assistance, our membership has grown to 15 schools, representing over 9,200 students. Our teacher fair, held in March, drew over 325 teacher candidates, and our teacher vacancy/resume website in March had nearly 11,000 hits. We have expanded our news briefs, which summarize the agendas and meetings of the Orleans Parish School Board and the Orleans Recovery School District to include the meetings of the Jefferson Parish School Board. These summaries are available at no charge on our web site. Please know that we are working hard to sustain the charter school movement in the Greater New Orleans area.
Please help us on Tuesday, May 5th. Your tax-deductible contribution will go a long way to assist our schools and students. The Greater New Orleans Foundation will be matching a portion of all contributions. There are many organizations which will be asking for your contribution on May 5th; we sincerely hope that you can support us as well.
