Young Audiences of Louisiana to Host Free Professional Development Series for Arts Educators
 Russell Granet, Executive Director ofthe Lincoln Center Institute to speak January 26
 
On Monday, January 26, 2pm, at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, 4521 Saint Charles Ave., Young Audiences of Louisiana and Sacred Heart will host a Professional Development Series for Community Arts Educators, beginning with an hour with Russell Granet, Executive Director of the Lincoln Center Institute.  The public is invited to join Russell Granet, distinguished Artist, Educator, and International Consultant, for a Keynote Speech and Q & A Session.  The event is free and open to the public. Reservations still being accepted: please RSVP to  info at ya4la.org or call 504.523.3525 to reserve your spot.
 
This event kicksoff Young Audiences’ Professional Development Series for Community ArtsEducators.  Future topics Include: Understandingthe National Core Arts Standards (March), Integrating the Arts and Common CoreState Standards (April), and Arts-Integrated Residency Design (June).
