Why:
SupportMorris Jeff Community School, the only International Baccalaureate elementaryschool in the state of Louisiana, as they host a night full of celebration,art, and local music and food.
 
Foodwill be provided by more than a dozen local eateries, including MONDO, DookyChase Restaurant, The Ruby Slipper, Pagoda Café, Juan's Flying Burrito, Slice,The Lucky Rooster, and Canseco’s Markets. 
 
Dozensof items will be up for grabs in our silent auction (including a 1-week stay atTranquility Bay Resort in Ambergris Caye, Belize!). Beverages will be providedby some of New Orleans’ favorite haunts.
 
Livemusic will include sultry singer Michaela Harrison at 6:30pm followed by anew-school R&B performance from Soul Project NOLA at 8pm.

About Morris JeffCommunity School 
Morris Jeff Community School opened in the fall of 2010 as aType 5 open-access public charter school. It currently serves more than 500 students in grades pre-K through 6thand will grow to a full Pre-K through 8th-grade school.  It is currently the only elementaryschool in Louisiana that is authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB)School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
