[BIHS] Volunteer Help Needed!

[Berkeley International High School]

BIHS Parent Action Group is in need of a volunteer to help us keep track of our school funds.  This is a job that can be done primarily from home and does not require an accounting degree.  However, familiarity with Microsoft Excel would be very helpful.  Please see the job description below and contact Susan Helmrich at susanhelmrich at gmail.com  if you are interested doing this job.
 
1) Process checks and cash received for school field trips and coordinate with Berkeley High School Development Group for depositing.
2) Help the Development Group Liaison, Julie Holcomb, in notifiying International High School administrators and faculty members of their account balances.
3) Make check requests to pay for field trip deposits and BART tickets when needed by downloading the Check Request Form at www.bhsdg.org.
