[BIHS] New web address for BIHS site

[Berkeley International High School]

To provide a more dependable website and mailing lists as we launch the 
first year of International Baccalaureate program, we've moved the 
Berkeley International High School website to a new web server with a 
new address:

*http://berkeleyihs.org
*

It may take a few more days to fix all the external links pointing to 
BIHS from places like Edline, the main Berkeley High site, the Berkeley 
PTA site, and search engines like Google. So please make sure to update 
your bookmarks to use the new address.
