This is a forum for IPAC members to exchange ideas and opinions. Although we'd love everyone to join our organization, other professionals interested in issues of HR selection and assessment are welcome to participate.
We are a low-volume list, and have been known to go days with no traffic, with periods of brief intense activity around certain message subjects. We believe that quality and relevance is more important than the sheer number of messages. If you're not familiar with electronic mailing lists, the concept is simple. Folks who want to participate in the discussions "subscribe" to the list. Then, by sending an email message to the special list address, you automatically share it with all of the other list subscribers; likewise, you'll receive the messages sent to the list by other subscribers. If you're interested in staffing, selection, and assessment, we hope that you'll join us and participate actively in the discussions!
