[SSD Populace] Amtguard January 1st, 2011

OK to ring in the new year we have some announcements!!!

1) Amtguard has returned from its one (two) week sabbatical. 
		Amtgard this week shall be taking place at the usual time and place (weather permitting).

			Santa Rosa Park
			1pm - 4pm

		Keep your eyes open for a weather update email later this week, if I don't cancel then expect a fight!

2) On the Week of January 8th The War of the Ring is being held. It is a Belegarth event and as such has slightly different rules than Amtgard. War of the Ring Info Link
For those of you who want to know the rules and check on weapons compliance. Belegarth Rules Link.

3) On the Week of January 15th SSD will be hosting a demo at Polycon's Wintermini Con. Volunteers will be asked for soon, so be prepared to volunteer.
