Althing Issues:

1a. Shall the Corpora be changed to accommodate an increase in tithe revenue due to Westmarch through bi-annual collection of dues?

1b. If measure 1a is successful, which action shall be added/amended to the corpora?

A. Shall the lands send $3.00 per person (instead of the current $1). 
[Note this will decrease the amount of available money for local activities.]

B. Shall the lands increase member fees to $10.00, and send $5.00 of that money to the confederacy.


2. Shall the Corpora be amended to give power to the joint decision of the Westmarch Monarch and Westmarch Prime Minister to issue temporary Althing rulings?

If the Confederacy Monarch and Prime Minister jointly decide they may temporarily issue a ruling that stand until the next althing.
