Greetings Amtgarders!
We will not be meeting at Santa Rosa Park this weekend for Amtgard due to
Feast of Mars 6. However, if you are still debating whether or not to attend
Feast of Mars or have yet to leave, I have helpful info below.

GATE FEE: $25.00 (includes meals on Friday and Saturday, and FoM6 Belt
Favor)
DAY FEE: $15.00 First day (If the participant comes a second day, then an
additional $10.00 is charged, becoming a full gate fee)

Gate-o-crat: Bill the Nun of Crimson Wood (Assistant Gate-o-Crat: Etah of
Thor's Refuge)
Feast-o-crat: Leah of SSD (Assistant Feast-o-Crat: Tamara of Thor's Refuge)
War-o-crat: Deimos of SSD
Team Trainers:
Red: Xiaho of Crimson Wood
Blue: Laoric of Wavehaven

Fighting Tournament Sign-ups will be at the Gate when you are signing-in.
Sign-ins for fighting tournaments will end 30 minutes prior to the start of
the respective tourney. Any late entrants will be subject to approval of the
Autocrat and War-o-Crat.
Arts and Sciences Tournament will have a specified sign-up period, and will
be located at the feast hall, for both sign-up and tournament. If you will
be arriving later than the specified time to sign up for the A&S Tourney,
you must contact Sir Keluric with what you to enter, and when you are hoping
to arrive. All effort to assist you in being able to enter, will be made.
Late entries will be only by the approval of Sir Keluric, and will need to
be in advance.
UPDATE: The A&S Tourney will only allow each person to enter (1) Item total.
This item cannot be modeled (a mannequin or something similar is fine), or
have the creator there to answer questions. There is no ROSE category, and
there will can be no alcoholic items entered. The person who enters the item
must be present for the duration of the A&S tournament, and should, ideally,
not conflict with the fighting tourney.
A lit ditch field will be available on Friday and Saturday nights, (possibly
Thursday night as well). If you like lit ditch, please be sure to thank
Squire Ailliath, as he is loaning the event his personal generator, and
bringing the bases for the lights themselves, which he made.
