[SSD Populace] Plank foam shields

I'm talking to my Knight about doing another plank foam order for shields.
If you have an interest in plank foam for a shield, please let me know.  I
don't know on pricing, since it probably depends on how many we order.

Typical sizing:

Small Round
Medium Round
Large Round:
Rectangle/Other


This is only to gauge interest, not to obligate you to purchase at an
undisclosed price.  Once I have input, I'll work with him to find the
prices, then get back to the people who are interested.
